Ozzie, my sales point of contact, was patient and thorough he sat with us to design the pool, adjusted renderings multiple times, and personally walked us through the showroom so we could see and select each material. Blake, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insight throughout the process. Shane, our project manager, was amazing, always helpful, responsive, and flexible, even accommodating changes on the day of digging. The team went above and beyond by coming on site four times before construction began and assisting with permitting, which gave us full confidence in the project. "I had Blakely pools repair two outdoor gas fire pits and also place a stone floor for an outdoor shower. Trent and his entire crew were extremely friendly, courteous and professional.
